Eagles Sign Punter Ryan Quigley

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — The Eagles signed punter Ryan Quigley to one-year contract, the team announced on Monday. Quigley, 26, has spent time with the Chicago Bears and New York Jets after becoming Boston College’s all-time leader in career punts with 283.
