WATCH: Brandon Tate makes crazy one-handed catch at Bills training camp
The Buffalo Bills’ receiving corps has gone through quite a bit of change in the recent past.
After the amount of turnover the group saw in the offseason plus the recent signing of Anquan Boldin and trading of Sammy Watkins, the Bills’ receiving corps of today bears little resemblance to the Buffalo receiving corps of last season. One of the few receivers on the Bills’ current roster that was with the team in the 2016 season is Brandon Tate, who primarily plays on special teams.
However, Tate could see more time at receiver if he continues to make plays like the one he made in Sunday’s practice.
Tate made a beautiful one-handed catch in the back of the end zone off of a lob from rookie Nathan Peterman.
That pass was gorgeous, but the catch was even prettier.
More plays like this will secure Tate a large role in a relatively wide open Buffalo receiving group.
